Hotel Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Sevierville Kodak, TN (Kodak, USA)

The hotel is located in between Knoxville and the Smoky Mountains which are each 30 minutes away by car. Guests say the hotel is far enough away from Sevierville to avoid the traffic that sometimes piles up in the area but still close enough to all the nearby attractions.

Guests say the pools at the hotel are very nice and the option of the indoor and outdoor pool was a very welcome bonus. The outdoor pool is open during the summer and has an area to lounge around while the indoor pool is heated and open all year around.

Visitors point out that the hotel doesn't have a lot of perks to offer you but does have the necessities and those all seem to be in working order. Guests say they have no complaints with the TV, Wi-Fi and other areas of the property.

Visitors note that the hotel has a very musty smell which can be found in the hallways as well as some of the rooms. Guests add the smell wasn't overpowering but still noticeable throughout your stay at the property.

The hard mattresses were not popular with guests who say the beds were harder than hard and made it difficult to sleep at night if you prefer a softer setup. Switching rooms might not help as the hotel uses the same type of mattress in each one.

The overall look and feel of the property is dated according to guests who add the hallways in particular could stand to be updated. Some parts of the rooms could also be refreshed with the carpets really needing to be changed.
