The service for breakfast is found to be a nice addition for the hotel. The choice of items and their overall quality are thought to be appealing for many guests. The service during this time was also prompt with the change of food items that were constantly warm and clean tables.

The hotel's walls and decor were thought by some to be damp and old with need for a new face. Some guests saw stains and rooms and furtiture felt damp, which had more to do with a need for renovations rather than the cleanliness of the place.

The hotel is situated next to a major highway and therefore the traffic noise was unbearable for many to get a good night's rest. Other annoying noises were heard as well with the location desbribed as anything but peaceful.
