Guests remarked that the individuals who work the front desk tend to go above and beyond to help their guests. Whether it's printing boarding passes, providing info about the area or explaining the features of the hotel, they do an excellent job.

Visitors mentioned that while the hotel isn't directly on the beach, it's not that far away. Travelers are able to save money and have added amenities too (such as a swimming pool, free breakfast, etc.). A number of visitors said that they would return again because they felt they got a real value.

The majority of guests felt that the rooms were decent sized and provided all the comforts you might need (like kitchen appliances). They also mentioned that the rooms are cleanly and suit any purpose.. whether you're there for a weekend or a longer extended stay.

The hotel isn't too far a drive to activities and restaurants. However, when it comes to getting there on foot there isn't much immediately nearby they could be considered family-friendly. Again, while it's not too far from the action, it's simply not close enough for some.

A few guests mentioned that the smell of chlorine is pretty powerful in the lobby. As for the pool itself, some guests mentioned that they had to flush their eyes because it was a bit too strong.

While a majority of guests didn't have an issue with the hotel's upkeep, some visitors did. They cited problems like hairs on the clean towels, rugs that were not vacuumed properly and mildew smells in the rooms. Again, most visitors thought housekeeping did an acceptable job.
