Hotel Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Dalton, GA (Dalton, USA)

The hotel enjoys a fantastic location just off the freeway and is a stone's throw from Northwest Georgia Trade and Convention Center. There are many different places to eat and drink all within the immediate vicinity and within easy walking distance as is Dalton Shopping Center if you wish to partake in some retail therapy. The center of Dalton is a short drive away and the city of Chattanooga is around 40-minutes' drive away.

Many reviews have given positive mention to the breakfast offered which is complimentary. You can choose from oatmeal, fresh fruit, pastries and waffles and there is also a hot selection available. Should you be unable to get down for breakfast then you can always grab a breakfast bag to take with you.

The staff on the front desk always greet guests with a smile and make you feel most welcome. In the lobby there is complimentary fresh coffee available for guests and freshly baked cookies and fresh fruit for you to enjoy throughout the day.

Although many see the closeness to the freeway as being a positive some feel that it is too noisy and the windows do not do anything to combat this.

According to reports from previous guests the carpets in some rooms are old, dirty and smelly and the beds are also stained with some having bugs. The bathrooms have mold on walls and ceilings and have a musty smell.

The furniture in the hotel is old and needs replacing and fixtures and fittings in rooms such as bathroom tiles are broken or missing. There are reports from the hotel that there have been renovations and further renovations will be taking place.
