Coral Key is an Italian managed holiday resort situated on Silversands beach, 2 km from the town centre. Malindi airport is about 6 km away, while Mombasa airport is about 130 km. The resort is composed of 150 rooms, distributed into several different buildings forming various complexes with different characteristics. They are surrounded by a tropical garden and furnished in Swahili style. The various complexes are called Key Harbor, Sporting Club, Yachting Club, Coral Key Coral Key Park and Hotel, each with its own swimming pool. All the rooms are equipped with a private bathroom with shower, air conditioning and fan. At the guests' disposal there are 3 bars (one on the beach), 4 restaurants, shops, safes, currency exchange service, baby sitting service on request, living room with satellite TV, internet and library. Recreational services available include animation with evening entertainment. Sports activities include a gymnasium, a football field, 2 tennis courts, billiards, as well as the possibility of free climbing, beach volleyball, ping pong, deep sea fishing, windsurfing and scuba diving.
