While staying at this hotel, you have the convenience of restaurants, retail stores, and free entertainment at the Spanish Springs Square nearby. Several miles away on route 31 is a new card room and a few reasonably priced golf courses.

The hotel offers reasonable comfort for a great price. Necessities like additional towels, a well heated swimming pool, spacious bathroom, and a bathtub you can actually soak in are some of the comforts and amenities you will enjoy. The lobby and corridors are kept up-to-par as well.

The complimentary breakfast should be enough to tickle your fancy for the day. Fresh fruits, oatmeal, waffles, sausage, and bacon are few of the numerous items on the menu. It’s above average if you consider other comparable hotels.

Seeing that the hotel is pet friendly, you will have no choice but hear the sound of barking dogs. It doesn’t help that the walls are paper thin either. It’s not only barking dogs, but you hear your neighbors clearly as if you’re in the same room. Doors slamming at all hours is another annoying noise issue.

Unfortunately, it’s possible you may encounter a mold problem in the hotel bathroom. Mold in the bathroom grout and water damage on the ceiling are not issues you expect to see in your hotel bathroom.

There appears to be an issue with the hotel air conditioners. It seems that the units have a problem with freezing up and/or remaining stuck on one temperature. The air conditioner vents and filters need a good cleaning as well.
