Most guests have had positive things to say about the hotel's breakfast. Guests feel as though this breakfast is far superior to what is usually available at a hotel and appreciated having access to a good meal to start the day.

There is a large pool with a water slide at this hotel and guests who have children loved having this amenity available. Guests were able to spend the entire evening at the pool with their kids upon arriving at the hotel, helping to keep them occupied.

Multiple guests have said that the staff at this hotel is quite accommodating and always very friendly. Guests felt as though they could ask staff members for pretty much anything and that their requests would be granted quickly and efficiently.

Numerous guests have reported that the rooms aren't very soundproof at this hotel. As a result, a fair amount of noise comes in from the hallways, especially when children are returning to their rooms. In addition, guests have said that noise from the traffic outside makes its way into the rooms.

Guests have complained that the hotel doesn't have ice machines on every floor. This was an inconvenience for guests staying on one of the floors without an ice machine, as they had to use the elevator to retrieve some ice.

There have been complaints about the Wi-Fi being slow at this hotel. Because of this, guests have struggled to complete even the simplest of online tasks at times.
