Comfort Suites Norwich offers spacious rooms with more than enough space for family stays or large parties visiting the areal. Rooms are decorated in a fresh contemporary feel and are spotlessly clean throughout, including the ensuite bathrooms.

The rooms feature beds that are extremely comfortable, offering great back support and are also bigger than many of the other hotels in the same price range are able to offer. The hardness/softness level of the beds is also well-balanced and should suit most preferences.

Most guests stay at Comfort Suites Norwich because of its great location in the historical district. The hotel also provides very easy access to Mohegan Sun Casino, with a free shuttle for those who prefer the added convenience of not even having to drive the short distance. The free breakfast is basic but still filling and served in a very clean and pleasant breakfast room.

The rooms all include a mini-refrigerator which unfortunately, while providing great convenience, is also somewhat of a noise maker and will more than likely keep light sleepers out of a good night’s rest.

The hotel hot water system is not very efficient and, for some reason or other, does not seem to produce consistent levels of hot water and most guests find the level of the hot water to be lukewarm at best.

The hotel is entirely non-smoking throughout and guests are required to sign an agreement whereby if they are caught smoking they will be levies an additional fine, over and above their hotel room rate. The only problem is that many of the rooms do already smell of smoke!
