Guests were pleasantly surprised with the thoughtful treatment they experienced during their stay. The staffs were very friendly and warm. Furthermore, they were also helpful, particularly in providing directions to the different attractions in the area.

Breakfast is complimentary and the guests loved the convenience it provides! They also praised the food served, as they were fresh and varied. In addition, the dishes are more than satisfying in terms of taste and quality.

Comfort Suites Hagerstown offers handicapped-friendly rooms. Guests who availed of these rooms were pleased with this feature. These rooms are easily accessible with a wheelchair, allowing guests who have issues with mobility to enjoy as much comfort as everyone else.

Pullout beds are provided for those guests who are traveling in a huge group. Guests complained though, because the pullout beds were not padded with mattresses, causing them to have a hard time in sleeping comfortably.

Guests find the pool area to be too small for the number of guests the hotel caters to on a daily basis. Oftentimes, the pool is crowded with people, making the swimming pool area unappealing and cramped looking.

Guests complained of being able to hear noise from the neighboring rooms and from the hallways especially at night, causing them to have a difficult time in sleeping. At times, traffic noise is also heard by guests. The poor soundproofing in each room was particularly inconvenient for those who were light sleepers.
