The facilities in the rooms are really good and they are well equipped with all amenities including television, microwave amongst other things. Wi-Fi is also available as are USB chargers and some rooms feature a balcony with gorgeous scenic views. .

The staff are very welcoming and helpful and will go the extra mile to ensure that your stay is a pleasurable one. This includes recommending things to do and see in the area and also printing off maps or tickets for your journey. .

The hotel is located in a quiet area of Cherokee, but is still close enough to everything that Cherokee has to offer such as the Museum of the Cherokee Indian, the casino and many shops bars and restaurants within easy walking distance and there is also a shuttle service for a small additional charge. .

It has been reported by some guests that when other guests in neighbouring rooms use the shower or flush the toilet then this can be heard in their own room which can be a nuisance and disturbance if it happens in the middle of the night. .

The breakfast is quite basic and according to previous guests the orange juice is watery, the coffee is weak and staff don't always replenish the food. Despite this there have also been positive reviews of the breakfast. .

Although the majority of reviews have been positive about the cleanliness of the hotel many do also mention that the décor is starting to look quite tired and worn in some areas and it could do with a bit of attention. .
