The guests are surprised with how well the staffs deal with them during their stay. Staffs are very accommodating, professional, and even willing to go the extra mile just to guarantee that guests are happy with their services.

Guests really loved the free breakfast served in the hotel. It is not only convenient for them to dine in the hotel; the food served is also commendable! The huge selection of eggs, meat, fruit, and other healthy options allowed guests to have an enjoyable morning in the hotel.

Although located near the Interstate 95, guests appreciated the room’s excellent soundproofing, as they were not able to hear any noise from the outside. This allowed them to enjoy a peaceful stay and a great night’s sleep.

While the rooms are fitted with everything the guests may ever need during their stay, some of the guests still have complaints about the rooms due to the very limited space. This issue was discouraging for those guests who were used to staying in huge and spacious accommodations.

Some guests claimed that the housekeeping team is not very efficient with their jobs as there are still minor issues with cleanliness in their rooms upon checking in. Such problems are minor, though, and the housekeepers are always willing to clean the rooms again upon guests’ notification.

All of the rooms are air-conditioned. However, there were some cases wherein guests complained because the air conditioning units in their room were not functioning well. This caused inconvenience, especially because it can get very hot in Newark.
