The hotel is perfectly located for guests who wish to explore all that Nashville has to offer and immerse themselves in its vibrant atmosphere. The Nissan Stadium and the exciting Downtown Nashville area are each within walking distance of the hotel. Guests can explore the wide range of shops, bars and restaurants and explore the musical cultural history of Nashville by visiting renowned music venues of the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum.

The staff are extremely friendly and personable, creating a warm atmosphere that will make guests feel at home upon arrival. They provide great customer service and are happy to help guests with any requests or queries they may have regarding the Nashville area or the hotel itself.

The rooms are well-sized and a high level of cleanliness is maintained in them thanks to the diligent housekeeping staff. The beds are large and comfortable as well as being supportive; the bedding is clean and fresh and the pillows are very comfortable as well.

The Wi-Fi, while free to use, is somewhat temperamental and unreliable in its connection. A number of guests had trouble connecting and found this to be disappointing.

A number of guests found the breakfast provided each morning to be bland and tasteless. While it is complimentary and there is some choice in dining options, guests found the food to be processed and bland. However, there is a large selection of bars, restaurants and cafes in the Downtown Nashville area for guests to explore.

While many guests felt that the hotel was very clean, some found the furnishings and carpet to be on the shabby side; according to some guests the carpet is in need of a deep clean and some of the décor needs to be updated/replaced.
