The hotel's complimentary breakfast buffet was given a thumbs up by guests who praise the amount of choices available as well as the overall quality of it. Eggs, pancakes, waffles and fresh coffee are just a few of the items you can pick from.

There is a shuttle bus at the hotel that can take you anywhere you want within a five-mile radius of the hotel. Visitors say this was a welcome bonus to staying at the hotel as it was nice to be dropped off where you wanted.

Visitors say the close location to the Tacoma Dome, which is a five-minute walk from the property, was very welcome but there were lots of other places within walking distance from the hotel that made staying there convenient.

The hotel's fitness center left a lot to be desired according to guests who say the room was too small and the selection of equipment was minimal. There are a couple of treadmills and elliptical machines plus miscellaneous weights available.

While the staff is professional, guests note that the employees could be more friendly and better at listening. They are not terrible, but visitors say the staff at the property could improve in some areas.

Visitors point out there are not a lot of places to eat or drink at around the hotel at night as everything closes at ten or thereabouts including the hotel bar. This is especially inconvenient if you're attending an event at the Tacoma that ends late.
