The best of catering.
Breakfast choices are excellent and include bacon, sausage, omelets etc. Truly first class, breakfast is served efficiently and there's plenty of it. At the other end of the day, there's a pleasant surprise in the form of free hot chocolate and cookies. There's plenty of food for thought here.

Spotlessly clean.
The hotel is more recently built than most and so can introduce, rather than continue, stringent procedures. This is instanced by the impeccable standards of cleanliness. The WiFi is good and they're obviously out to maintain high standards in all areas. This hotel shines!

Incredible staff.
They treat guests like human beings rather than flocks of sheep and they are friendly, courteous and helpful at all times. All staff fall into this category and they are a huge element in the hotel's overall success and popularity.

Room problems.
Because everything looks new and clean, it causes an intake of breath when you find that the bed mattress is lumpy, uncomfortable and obviously, not part of any new stock. One room to specifically avoid is 104. It's next to the kitchen, so gets all the noise coming from there.

Smells and noise.
Not all rooms are pristine. Some suffer from a strong, inexplicable, smell that just won't go away. It's obviously well establish rather than an unfortunate 'one-off' .. as are the noise problems experienced in some rooms.

Disappointing Dover diners.
Whilst there are quite a few restaurants in the area, they are pretty run of the mill. If you're here for a special event, there are no restaurants here that will match the occasion.
