The guest rooms at Baymont Inn & Suites Albuquerque are very clean with lots of space to move around and store items and comfortable beds. Guests also reported that the kitchenettes have everything needed and the bathrooms are luxurious with excellent showers.

Guests reported receiving outstanding service from the time they arrived until departure and it started with a quick and easy check-in from friendly and helpful reception staff. Staff is always on top of everything going on around the hotel, they are always available, issues are resolved quickly and everyone is knowledgeable about the area and quick to offer advice on things to see and do.

Guests reported that the breakfast offered more than a typical hotel breakfast with lots of quality, fresh, delicious hot and cold items to choose from.

Guests reported a number of issues with the guest rooms including a strange smell upon entering, crumbs and hair left behind by previous guests, broken and tattered furniture, malfunctioning air conditioning, a lack of soundproofing, leaky showers and peeling wallpaper.

Some staff members at Baymont Inn & Suites Albuquerque are unhelpful with guest requests. There have been reports of staff who don't acknowledge guests when they arrive and make them wait a long time to be checked in, staff who don't act on complaints and are unable to answer simple questions, long waits for extra toiletries to be delivered to rooms and a shortage of staff which makes it hard to find someone to speak with.

The breakfast room is understaffed with servers trying to do several things at once. Guests reported that there were no hot options available as advertised and breakfast is served later than what guests are told.
