The hotel is close to the I-95 and to downtown Saco in the industrial park area. The hotel is easy to get to and offers easy access to local attractions. It is also close to several restaurants and shopping areas.

The staff at the Hampton Inn Saco-Biddeford is well spoken of. The customer service is of a high quality; friendly and happy to help in any way possible. The complimentary breakfast offered is also of a good standard, feel most guests.

A few guests felt that the hotel rooms lacked sufficient storage space. There is some drawer space and not enough closet space, making it difficult to live out of a suitcase felt one or two guests.
