Previous guests speak well of the hardworking and professional assistance of the whole team of staff, from the receptionists to the housekeepers. They were helpful in providing assistance to guests related to their tours and gave useful tips on cheap stores and dining options.

The guesthouse's close proximity to the MTR station, shopping centres, and restaurants were one of the main reasons why guests chose this property. They have enjoyed travelling within the area by foot since it is strategically located within Chunking Mansions at Nathan Road, where various shops and food outlets can be reached within short walking distance.

Most guests were impressed with the fast and reliable Wi-Fi access! The service was quite fast given the number of guests who were using the Internet, and they did not have any issues connecting to the web.

The negative reviews were centred on the small size of the rooms. The rooms were designed for solo travellers or couples, so the lack of enough space made it difficult for a group of four people to function normally inside the rooms. It was also hard for them to move around inside the bathroom area especially when using the toilet.

Due to the small size and poor location of the service lift, guests had issues going in/out of their rooms. Guests had to wait for a couple of minutes for their turn to use since the lift was always crowded.

Because of the presence of some sellers and shops near the property's entrance, guests had difficulty getting proper sleep. Moreover, they can hear loud talking and closing of doors especially in the morning when other guests enter/exit their rooms.
