Positive Reviews
positive:
Staff go above and beyond
The vast majority of past guests at this hotel have commented that staff – from reception and housekeeping to maintenance and breakfast teams – are unfailingly welcoming and pleasant. This made a tremendous impact on those staying here, who felt well and truly welcomed as soon as they stepped through the front door. Warm welcomes aside, staff at this hotel do all that they can to help guests, offering them assistance as needed and sorting out any niggles that arise.
positive:
Quiet
This property seemed to be incredibly popular with school and tour groups. Despite that, many travelers were amazed and truly gratified to find that this hotel had a very quiet and peaceful ambience. Most reported excellent sleep quality here.
positive:
Close proximity to DC, good transport links
Located right off of the Beltway, this hotel was especially popular with day trippers and sightseers heading into the capital. However, those who preferred to avoid the notorious gridlock of D.C. traffic were thrilled to find that the closest metro station was just a (complimentary) shuttle ride away.
