The rooms are found to be very clean and comfortable. The beds and furnishings were comfortable and the space was cleaned on a daily basis, and thoroughly. The rooms are bright and spacious as well making guests feel at home or at ease.
The hotel's location is found to be ideal for guests wanting to explore Verona and its attractions. It is central and within a short walking distance of the arena, Giulietta's House and other monuments. There were also plenty of eateries and shops nearby.
The bed mattress is found to be too hard and firm by some guests. They did not like the firmness of the mattress and would have preferred a softer one. Some felt this was enough to make sleeping a little difficult.
Some guests were unable to sleep because their rooms were located at the front of the property. There was loud music, people shouting and other late night noises that did not end. The street cleaning vehicles then started in the early morning. Some guests got very little sleep.
Some guests felt the Wi-Fi was too slow to have a decent connection. They felt it was especially slow during peak hours which made it more difficult to get tasks done. They would have liked to have a faster Wi-Fi.
