Hotel Colina Dos Mouros (Silves, Portugal)

All of the guests were amazed by the views of the castle and the mountain. They are sights to behold. Some guests even woke up early in the morning just to be refreshed by the views. They said that the property is a gem waiting to be discovered.

When it comes to cleanliness, Colina dos Mouros clearly deserves more than three stars. The lobby, common terrace, and pool area are spotlessly clean. Some guests did not expect much at first, but they were surprised by the impeccable cleanliness the moment they entered their rooms.

The four-course menu was affordable yet it exceeded the guests' expectations. Many guests said that the ice cream should not be missed. The amount was enough, and the presentation was excellent. Even the snacks at the bar are fantastic.

There were times when the lift did not work for days. However, the staff is always ready to assist the guests with their luggage. The phones do not work properly too. There is no need to worry though, because the staff always does their best to fix things quickly.

Wi-Fi is only available at the common areas of the hotel. This is a bit uncomfortable for some guests. Moreover, the speed is constantly changing so guests had to be patient. Thus, you are advised to use mobile data for better connection.

There were reports of some guests who got drunk. They kept on yelling and knocking the doors. This is not the hotel's fault though. Good thing the staff is alert in responding to these happenings.
