Most guests who have booked this hotel have loved its location. The property is right by Anchorage International Airport, so guests who had just arrived in the city or were leaving early the next morning found its location to be very convenient.

Multiple guests have appreciated the free, 24-hour shuttle that is operated by the hotel. Because of this shuttle, guests were able to reach the airport in a matter of minutes without any hassle and without having to pay for their own transportation.

Numerous guests have said that the restaurant at this hotel is very good. Guests also found the restaurant and bar to be convenient, since it meant that they didn't have to venture out in search of food after a long day of travel.

Past guests have reported that this property doesn't have an elevator. Although the hotel isn't very big, those who were staying on the second floor with luggage would have preferred to have the option of taking the elevator.

This is an older property and guests have said that it is starting to shows it age. Many guests have said that the carpets are in dire need of a replacement and that the fixtures and furnishings in the guest rooms should be renewed, as well.

Since this hotel is close to the airport, there is a fair amount of noise from planes taking off and landing. Guests found it difficult to sleep because of this constant noise.
