Guests liked the striking and well-maintained resort. Family members of all ages enjoyed the fun activities laid out. Kids were excited with the kids' pool, miniature golf course and the games in the arcade. They also enjoyed the stunning views and the peaceful atmosphere of the resort. They spoke highly of the water park with the giant wave pools and water slides, the pools and the relaxing hot tubs. They were satisfied with the good food and awesome sight seeing options offered. They also loved experimenting with the different kinds of food in the restaurants nearby.

Guests were satisfied with the clean and spacious units with great Wi-Fi, laundry facilities and the fully equipped kitchens. The beds were comfortable and the bath amenities were great. They also liked the room decor.

Guests found the staff to be helpful, courteous, and keen to assist with any issues faced by the guests.

Guests complained that the amenities in the resort are inadequate for the size of the resort. The pool and hot tubs are always overfilled. The facilities in the fitness centre and game room left a lot to be desired.

Guests complained of the low water pressure in the shower. The mattresses are worn out and need to be replaced. The dining chairs are old and worn out too. As such, the condo units need a revamp.

Guests complained that they had to see the 'guest services' AKA time share sales to get a parking pass, and guests were almost compelled to buy their vacation time shares.
