Positive Reviews
positive:
Spacious and well maintained accommodations
Rooms are immaculate and housekeeping does a superior job in making sure that the upkeep standards are constantly met. It's a cosy ambience that provides a lot of space and a friendly setting where you'll feel welcomed and comfortable staying in.
positive:
Nicely located near attractions and amenities
Many of Québec's shopping, architectural, cultural, and natural sites of interest are in close proximity. You can make Classique a great base for exploring the region, while not having to travel far. Should you want to dine somewhere other than onsite or need sundries, you can get to amenities within a matter of minutes.
positive:
Free and easily accessible parking is a plus
It's always a bonus when parking is free and ample. It's easy to find a space, and there's enough room available so that you don't have to fret coming and going or other guests trying to take your spot.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Would be better if breakfast was included
Between the ambience, location, and onsite restaurants, it's disappointing that breakfast isn't complementary. Whether buffet or made to order, guests would find it more befitting if they could easily grab a bite to eat free of charge or included in the pricing.
negative:
Elevator is small and takes a long time to use
You may find it irritating to wait for the elevator. It's slow to respond, and thus, often overcrowded when it arrives. The elevator also is quite small, which may result in waiting longer till you can use it.
negative:
Air conditioning and air circulation are poor
You can't always rely on the air conditioner, and to add to the distress, the air in the rooms is at times stuffy, stale or off-smelling. You may have to depend more on opening the windows for a cooler temperature and easier breathing.
