Hotel Clarion Pointe OKC Airport (Oklahoma City, USA)

Guest who like to get out and walk in the mornings or perhaps go for an afternoon run found the walking/jogging track behind the hotel a great place for some exercise during their stay.

A number of people who stayed at the hotel were really happy with its location which many say is close to local restaurants and downtown conveniences, but also close to the airport for their onward journey; making it a very easy stay.

The spacious rooms and the comfy beds rated positively across a number of reviews with many guests commenting on how clean the rooms were on their arrival, with these guests also saying that the rooms were also very quiet.

Seasoned travelers who stayed at the hotel were not at all happy about the level of service provided by the reception staff. A number of people complained via their comments that reception staff had a lot of difficulty in remaining civil towards their guests.

The free Hampton hot breakfast was obviously very popular with early bird risers at the hotel as many guests who went to breakfast later in the morning complained in their reviews that there was no breakfast left; with the majority of good items picked over. It seems their requests to have breakfast items replenished were not met.

A number of guests had similar problems with their rooms being too hot as their air conditioning unit did not seem to work properly, leaving the room stuffy and uncomfortable.  Another common bug-bear for guests was that the elevators were broken and not working properly, so there was a long wait to leave and access rooms.
