Hotel Clarion Inn Mt Pleasant Charleston (Mount Pleasant, USA)

Guests spoke highly of the front desk staff. They were found to be courteous, polite and professional. The pleasant staff was well trained, and enjoyed their work. They were very helpful and gave valuable suggestions about exploring nearby places of interest, as well as the popular eateries nearby.

Guests appreciated the recently renovated property. They mentioned that the water in the pool and the hot tub was sparklingly clean and was maintained at a comfortable temperature. They also found the pool area to be clean. Ample towels were available. Kids loved it. Guests said that the breakfast served was hearty. The location was convenient. The 24-hour Walmart and a Mexican restaurant  is close by. They felt that the overall package is great value and this is a good place to stay while saving money.

Guests liked the modern, spacious rooms with comfortable beds. All the amenities like the smart TVs, minifridges and microwaves were functional and very useful. The air conditioners also worked well.

Guests felt that the bathrooms needed to be updated. The tubs need a good scrubbing. Guests complained of mildew on the shower head and the curtain.

Guests noted that conversation and other unwanted sounds from adjacent rooms could be clearly heard. This kept them awake till late in the night.

Guests complained that the non-smoking rooms smelled of cigarette smoke. The management needs to take strict measures to curb this.
