They seem to know the common problems that guests might experience, and are knowledgeable with the solutions to those problems. Many guests also expressed that the receptionists are friendly and easy to talk to.

Most of the guests who stayed here are on a budget. Best Western Fox Valley Inn's accommodations are not pricey compared to neighboring establishments, and yet you will not be disappointed with the room amenities and on how the rooms are spacious and well-appointed enough.

All rooms are spacious; even a budget or regular room can fit four people with a good degree of comfort. Furthermore, even the private bathrooms that come with each room are sufficient in size. Thus, when you stay here, you will have plenty of space for yourself and your stuff.

The free Wi-Fi offered by the hotel seems non-existent. When told by the guests about the issue, the management would often just shrug their shoulders because they can't do anything about it.

Some of the air conditioning units in the rooms can be unbearably loud according to guests. When you can't bear the noise that your HVAC system is making, you can always ask for a maintenance staff or demand a room transfer right away.

Some faucets are leaking, while some toilets have broken flush. Some guests reported mold and black stains on the tiles of their bathroom floor. This is just a minor issue though, and can be easily resolved by calling for a housekeeper.
