Perfect for business travel
This is a great accommodation for business travellers, thanks to the dedicated business centre with high-speed Internet. Guests also have access to the free parking space right on site. And there are meeting rooms available on premises.
positive:
Accommodates families as well
Couples or families with children have appreciated the kitchenettes and refrigerators in the rooms. Access to a microwave, laundry/dry cleaning services, and air conditioning has also been highly regarded. The pool, the hot tub, and the fitness centre are no exception.
positive:
Great staff that makes your stay comfortable
The multilingual staff members do a great job at meeting your every request. Sweet and friendly, as most guests have referred to them, they go above and beyond to solve any of your needs. Nothing is too much for them.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Hot, crowded, and polluted area to be in
This is more of a location problem, considering the hotel is in a very crowded area of Manila. Get prepared to be torched by the heat and to experience the air pollution from the automobiles. There also seems to be tons of buildings under construction in the area. All of these make exploring the area by foot a bit difficult. Keeping your windows open may not be a very handy idea either.
negative:
Not everyone is pleased with the breakfast options
Not having an in-house restaurant is a bit of a turn off to some guests. And the next-door restaurant, considered part of the hotel, is not highly appreciated. It is often pretty crowded in the morning, and the food options are not very generous.
negative:
Room service unavailable during late hours
If you are working late, you may not be able to grab a snack from the comfort of your room. Room service is only available until 11.30 p.m.
