Positive Reviews
positive:
Friendly and helpful staff
Staff are
very friendly and polite with someone always being available on reception.
Although not all speak English fluently they always try their best to assist
guests. They are helpful, going beyond what guests expect, and accommodating of
any requests.
positive:
Good location for dining out
If being near to good places to eat and drink is high on your ‘must have' list, then this hotel ticks that box. There are loads of purse-friendly places to eat nearby, so there is no chance of you starving.
positive:
Quick and easy airport connection
Guests say that if you are getting to and from the airport, this hotel is in a decent spot. The airport is only a seven-minute train ride away, so it is ultra-convenient, especially if you are in Tokyo for only a short time.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Very compact rooms
Hotel rooms in any major city are often on the small size and Tokyo is no exception with rooms being considered small, particularly by western standards. As a result, guests find the rooms and bathrooms to be small but they are perfectly comfortable, perhaps best for a short stay.
negative:
No breakfast on-site
The hotel
does not offer the option to have any breakfast on-site, which some guests
would have liked. However there are convenience shops nearby and - as already
noted - restaurants within walking distance, so being able to get something to
eat is never a problem.
negative:
No English TV channels
While visitors to Tokyo do not spend much of their time watching TV, as there is so much to do outside, some guests thought it would be good to have some English channels available for when they did want to relax in their room.
