Hotel Chiangmai Chaiyo (Chiang Mai, Thailand)

Maya Shopping Complex can be reached within a five-minute walk from the establishment, which guests find very convenient. Aside from the mall, there are also convenience stores, pharmacies, ATM tellers, and banks within walking distance. Guests didn't have a hard a time finding good restaurants as well, because many are situated in the neighbourhood.

The little treats provided by the hotel are very much appreciated by previous guests. There is the free breakfast that is overflowing with coffee and tea, and there's a free drinking water 24 hours a day. Other complimentary services include a free use of Wi-Fi and access to a parking lot.

Guests can't stop raving about the beauty of the establishment. The entire property is beautifully decorated from the facade of the building and the lobby to the individual rooms. Communal spaces feature artworks, and the entire place has a lovely, funky vibe that many guests adored.

Despite having multiple floors, the hotel has no lifts. Guests had to climb steep stairs just to get to their rooms. Those with big and heavy luggage had to carry the load themselves, as there were usually very few staff members in the lobby.

Many previous guests complained that they were able to hear the other guests outside their rooms, especially during late at night. Others were annoyed by the sound of construction when they were staying there.

The hard beds and flat pillows made the guests feel that they were staying at a very cheap and budget hotel. They reported that in no way did the sleeping facilities give them comfort.
