Hotel Chez Nicole (Kelowna, Canada)

Thanks to the magnificent views offered at the property, guests were able to enjoy their stay and relax at the poolside area especially after a tiring day. The pool was perfect for hot seasons and it offered a perfect, soothing view of the garden and the surrounding areas.

Most of the positive reviews were regarding the fresh and well-prepared breakfast provided daily. The quality and presentation of the food were impressive according to guests and the French toasts with cream cheese, fresh fruits, sausages, and pancakes were extremely delicious!

Previous guests speak well of the hospitality and quality assistance of the hosts. They were extremely helpful and accommodating as soon as the guests arrived until they leave. They provided useful recommendations for dining options and other interesting activities within Kelowna area.

Guests were uncomfortable sharing the bathrooms with other guests due to privacy issues. They could not take a bath or use the soaking tub at times since other guests were always present inside the bathroom. They had to either take turns in taking the shower or talk to other guests to avoid hassle.

Since the property is located in a mountainous region, the path or roads leading to the property is quite steep so it's hard for guests to walk uphill especially those elderly or physically challenged individuals. Thus, it is more comfortable for the guests to bring a car so they won't have to experience steep uphill walking.

The rooms are located on the third floor area so guests had to manually climb the stairs just to reach their designated rooms. It was quite difficult for those who had mobility issues and those carrying plenty of luggage.
