Most guests commend the warm and friendly assistance of the hosts. They were very hands-on in assisting the needs of the guests and were very accommodating. They made everyone feel comfortable and at ease and were present during breakfast to entertain the guests.
positive:
Scrumptious, freshly-prepared breakfast
The common positive reviews were centred on the homemade and freshly prepared breakfast. They serve different options every day and both the quality and the quantity were excellent! The waffles with homemade sauce, crepes, and muffins were extremely delicious so guests were more than satisfied with their overall stay.
Negative Reviews
negative:
No curtains inside the rooms
The lack of enough curtains or blinds provided inside the rooms resulted in guests having difficulties with extended sleeping due to the sunlight coming directly inside the rooms in the morning. The rooms did not have enough darkening bedroom facility such as blinds, drapes, or curtains.
negative:
Irritating air-conditioning sounds
There were reports about the poor performance of the air-conditioning system which was not enough to cool the whole room. Moreover, guests also had issues with the uncomfortable sounds coming from the units which disrupted their sleep.
negative:
Minor privacy and security issues
Guests had problems with the lack of enough privacy and security within the rooms. The lack of a double lock and the door lock having the same security code with the front door, were appalling for most guests. The idea that the front desk has the same keys to their doors was uncomfortable for guests.
