Hotel Chaweng Skybar (Chaweng Beach, Thailand)

Aside from the friendly and helpful service of the staff, guests were also impressed with the warm hospitality of the owner. The host provided important information regarding Koh Samui and had great communication skills. The warm welcome drink was also impressive which was a good way to start your vacation.

Previous guests appreciated the overall quality performance of the Wi-Fi within the building. The signal was strong even inside the rooms so most guests were able to enjoy the Internet access without any issues.

Guests were impressed with the property's strategic location and close proximity to the Chaweng beach, shopping stores, restaurants, and bars. The hotel is located near almost every major establishment in Surat Thani area according to guests!

Due to the loud noise coming from the streets or vehicles passing along, most of the previous guests had difficulty getting proper sleep. This establishment is located near a major road, massage parlours, and clubs so guests can hear almost everything that is happening outside because of poor sound isolation.

There were many complaints about the poorly maintained shower facility and lack of shower doors or glass which resulted to wet flooring. Guests also had issues with low water pressure coming from the shower. The water stream was so poor and there were times when guests had to wait before going to the shower for the water ran off.

Guests were disappointed with the general performance of the air conditioning unit provided inside the rooms. Aside from the dirty unit, it was slow most of the time and was not enough to cool the whole place.
