The calm and restful nature of this hotel has been acknowledged by guests and is something that has stood out in reviews. Guests travelling for the purpose of having an undisturbed break from the normal hustle and bustle have particularly enjoyed this hotel and recommended it.

Guests visiting this hotel have, in some instances, been faced with difficulty in communicating with staff members as there is a bit of a language barrier when English speaking guests are trying to communicate.

Reviews indicate that the Wi-Fi offered by this hotel is unreliable and temperamental. Guests have been disappointed that they could not connect their device or, when they do connect, the Internet is frustratingly slow. Hotel management could do more to ensure that the Wi-Fi is not overwhelmed by the user capacity to allow for more guests to surf the web easily.

Guests have not been pleased with the in-room features at this hotel, particularly in the bathrooms. Some of the issues that guests came across include the toilets being blocked and not flushing, the lights failed to work and hot water not being a luxury afforded to guests 100% of the time.
