The small guest rooms at Chateau Jasper are dated with old furniture and tacky decor. Guests also reported stained carpet, peeling wallpaper, uncomfortable beds and pillows, poor water pressure in the shower, a lack of natural light and no safety railing

Guests reported a lot of noise around the hotel at times. This noise comes from several sources including loud fuel trucks idling outside, loud generators and fans and noise from nearby guest rooms.
