Hotel Chapel Hill University Inn (Chapel Hill, USA)

Chapel Hill University Inn is in a decent spot if you need to get to the University of North Carolina. It's quite close by and there is a courtesy shuttle bus which can take you there, run by a very helpful driver. You'll also find yourself close to the shopping center and access to the interstate is easy.

The staff at this hotel are very nice and attentive. They will make sure everything is to your satisfaction and if you have an issue which needs resolving, they will do their best to sort it out swiftly and efficiently.

The beds at this hotel are quite nice, with comfortable mattresses and good quality pillows.

Some guestrooms at Chapel Hill University Inn have a bit of a musty scent, while others smell very smokey. They could use something of an update as well and the carpets don't always feel completely clean. If your room happens to face the road, you might be kept awake by the sound of the traffic.

Some of the bathrooms could use a revamp. The water pressure in the showers isn't very powerful and the towels are rather thin and scratchy.

The Wi-Fi at this hotel isn't very good. While it is supposedly available in guestrooms, actually accessing it is a different matter entirely. You might not be able to get online at all and, even if you can, you may find it to be patchy and liable to drop out at frequent intervals. While slightly better in the lobby, it is still unreliable there too.
