Guests said that this hotel was well positioned for everything they needed to explore the area. City sights, the beach and transport links were all easily reached on foot, making guests glad that they chose to stay here.

Guests regularly commented on the excellent value that they received, and the important things like a good shower, fast Wi-Fi and adequate air-conditioning could all be checked off the list.

Staff were courteous and polite, and guests appreciated the friendliness of hotel workers. Service with a smile didn't go unnoticed, and it was great to arrive to a friendly attitude at the front desk, and to leave with the same good vibes.

Sounds from the street bothered more than a few guests when trying to fall asleep, and while some said that this was the price to pay for the great downtown location, others weren't convinced. Thin walls also made it a challenge for guests to get some rest, and to top it all off, older air conditioners were sometimes unacceptably loud.

While guests liked the free price tag of breakfast, they didn't always like that the selection was poor. If you are a big eater or prefer to start the day off with some fresh fruit or healthier options, you might want to eat out in the morning.

Several guests said that they felt cramped in rooms. Small quarters were made worse by poor lighting in some cases, and guests said that if you plan to do more than sleep in your room, you might want to look into a larger option.
