Negative Reviews
negative:
Maintenance
A few guests had maintenance issues but said that they had trouble resolving them. First, a large part of the staff does not appear to be well-versed in English so there was a bit of a language barrier problem. Second, guests said that the maintenance engineer is not always onsite so anything that needs to be fixed can take some time.
negative:
Weak Wi-Fi
Several guests had trouble with the Wi-Fi, saying that the signal isn't always stable.
negative:
Stay Street Smart
While the hotel is located in a central and quiet area, some guests thought it seemed a bit sketchy at night, and less inviting to families. Most guests, however, had no problems but exercising simple street smarts is always recommended.
