Being close to Temple Street Night Market and all the shops and restaurants along Nathan Road, you will find you have lots to do around the hotel. But when you want to explore further you will find it very convenient with the MTR only a minute away, and with buses running along Nathan Road.

Guests find that the rooms are kept nice and clean when they are there with a daily housekeeping service. Beds are changed, fresh towels are provided and supplies such as tissues are replenished.

The central location of this hotel means that it is really easy to find good food on an evening. Whether it is fast food or restaurants you're after, you're within minutes of lots of good eateries.

With space at a premium in Hong Kong, hotel rooms may be on the small side. The rooms are said to be small, and bathrooms very small. Guests say they cannot sit on the toilet straight and that there is no room to move about. The water from the shower goes everywhere.

While staff are thought to be courteous and helpful by some, others do not agree. Their attitude was sometimes thought to be rude and they did not give good customer service, not appearing keen to assist them when they needed anything.

The Wi-Fi does not appear to be a reliable service right through the hotel. Some guests found it to be quick and good to use, while others said it was poor as the signal would drop out when they were using it or that it was very slow.
