Casa de Santos is said to inhabit a relatively quiet area in the Bairro Alto, convenient to Cais do Sodré transport links and many of Lisbon's tourist attractions. Additionally, guests said it was close to the Mercado de Ribera, the Time Out Market, as well as plenty of shopping, dining and bars.

Gorgeous, quirky furnishings.
Those who stayed said that this B&B and its rooms have gorgeous antique interior, with lovely, quirky furnishings. In addition people were happy to find a guest kitchen including a fridge, as well as what they thought were great prices.

Guests mentioned meeting nice owners, who were happy to give them an overview of Lisbon or help with booking things like tours and taxis. On top of this, many of those who stayed loved the continental breakfast buffet served at the next door Mezzanine, which included freshly-prepared options like cold cuts, cake, cheese and fruit.
