The proximity to Accademia Bridge and Gallery, St. Mark’s Square and water bus stops was a positive for Locanda Artè guests, while they also found the train station rather easily accessible.

Those who stayed found the quaint old building to have lots of character and fitting decor, while the rooms were thought to be clean and cosy.

Many guests enjoyed the breakfasts, which they thought to be a fair, simple meal with fresh croissants, but others thought it could have included a wider range of continental fare.

Those with a large amount of suitcases may not appreciate the stairs after lugging their belongings across the city, and likewise book accordingly if you have mobility issues.

A few guests mentioned that their towels were not changed at all during their stay, so be sure to mention this to staff if it is something you must have.

While it was not thought to be a huge problem, a few rooms seem to experience some street noise, so take some earplugs, especially in case there is a problem with air conditioning resulting in you having to keep windows open.
