The Area Is Very Accessible
You will be in awe of the facility's 180 degree ocean view of the beach. Dana Point is close and about ten-miles from Laguna. You are pretty much centrally located between San Diego and Los Angeles. The adobe style brick of the building and tiled roof is attractive and will make you feel at home especially with the wood burning fireplace in the room.

The Foliage Gives The Place Charm
If you admire greenery and like to feel at one with nature, you're going to love the foliage around this place. Huge banana plants, palm trees, and shrubs are all part of the flowery garden. There are plenty of flower beds, meticulous lawns, and a fountain. You encase a piece of California history and the stunning landscape along with being across the street from the ocean creates an earthy ambiance
positive:
A Paradise Of Ethnic Dishes
The inn is a few steps from Mexican and Italian restaurants. There is also a sushi bar, so if you love spicy, ethnic dishes you are in the right place.

Train Tracks And Cars
The highway is too close and it gets noisy during the daytime. There are also trains that frequently run across the tracks that you have to deal with. If you have earplugs, bring them!

Upkeep Could Be Better
Though the outside greenery is lovely, the interior of the property could still use some TLC. You may encounter stained and cracked walls, grimy patio furniture, worn out beds, appliances not working properly, things hanging from the walls that should be mounted, and oh, there are feral cats roaming the property too.
negative:
Bathroom Privacy Dilemma
Get ready for no privacy. The bathroom windows are open to the inn's parking lot and the front.
