This hotel isn't located in the best part of Phoenix and guests have said they there are lots of shady people around the property at night. Guests have been worried about the number of drug addicts and homeless people who frequent the area and have been scared to leave the premises after dark as a result.

There have been complaints about the televisions at this hotel, as many rooms still have old style tube TVs. Guests had been expected a little bit more from this hotel, as it is difficult to get a clear pictures on these old televisions.

Although there are renovated rooms at this hotel, many of the rooms have old appliances and fixtures that are in need of replacement. Guests have said that the decor is quite old looking and that many of the room are in a state of disrepair because of their age.
