Americas Best Value Inn enjoys an ideal location within the Cambridge, Maryland area and provides easy access to Chesapeake College just 3.2km away. Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge is less than 20 kilometers away and the Choptank River Fishing Pier, a mere five minutes travel.

The hotel features a 24-hour front desk and guests can also utilize the large free self-parking and a well-equipped business center. Rooms all feature en-suite bathroom facilities, cable TV access, refrigerators and microwaves for storing and preparing your own food.

Americas Best Value Inn does not feature a restaurant but does feature a wine & spirit store on the property. A number of nearby convenience stores as well as local eateries such as Verona's Pizza and Cambridge Diner, offer easy and convenient access to a variety of meal options.

While the hotel provide a few basic room features including TV, microwave and refrigerator, the one thing that is not included is a coffee maker. Guests can either purchase coffee from one of the nearby restaurants or convenience stores, or enjoy coffee in the hotel lobby between 6am and 8pm.

The hotel offers both smoking and non-smoking rooms which can be seen as a positive or negative feature. The only issue is that both smoking and non-smoking rooms are located on the same floor allowing the non-smoking rooms to smell of smoke and be somewhat off-putting to non-smokers.

All rooms are payable at check-in and not (as with most establishments) at check-out. The hotel also enforces a strange ten minute window for refunds, meaning that guests have just ten minutes to ensure that their room is satisfactory.
