The inn is located in a business district and guests said that they were able to enjoy peaceful evenings as the there are no noisy bars or clubs in the vicinity. Guests found it handy being within walking distance of the casino as well as local amenities including cafes and restaurants. If you like the idea of being away from the hustle and bustle then you'll certainly appreciate this hotel's location.

The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast buffet which many guests appreciated as they did not have to leave the hotel in search of somewhere to have their morning meal. Many also enjoyed the complimentary nibbles and drinks on Wednesday evenings which also gave guests the opportunity to socialise with each other.

Many said that the staff often went above and beyond in order to make them feel comfortable and at ease. Guests appreciated the swift and hassle-free check-in and while those who had particular issues and requests said they were  dealt with swiftly and efficiently.

Quite a few guests mentioned that at breakfast time food would often run out and not be replaced in a timely manner. Others objected to the fact that they were unable to find clean cutlery and plates.

The pool was described as being quite small which meant that it often got quite crowded. Those who were keen on swimming laps said that the size of the pool was just adequate for a dip.

Guests said that they were often disturbed by noise from the hallways due to the poor soundproofing whilst others also said that they were able to hear things from adjoining rooms due to the thin walls.
