Hotel Bvilla Spa (Seminyak, Indonesia)

Guest reported that the staff at this hotel are amazing and go beyond the call of duty to ensure guests are comfortable and enjoying their stay.  Staff members are very helpful with anything guests need, they are always friendly and smiling when dealing with guests, they genuinely care about guests' experiences at the hotel and they are responsive to any issues that arise.

Guest rooms at this hotel are quite spacious with a spotlessly clean environment and comfortable beds and furnishings.  Also reported was tasteful decor and luxurious bathrooms and living spaces.

This hotel is located in a very central location close to the main street and centre of town, restaurants and shops.  Guests also reported that it's easy to get around town especially when a free shuttle is offered.  Despite the central location, the area around the hotel is quite peaceful.

Guests reported that the swimming pools are not very well maintained.  There have been reports of lots of dirt in the pools, slippery areas around the pools and lots of bird excrement on the lounge chairs.

Guests reported that the mosquitoes are so bad around the resort and in the rooms that they were unable to get a decent rest.

The breakfast served each morning is not very fresh and features unhealthy, packaged items made with poor-quality ingredients.  Guests also reported that their breakfast was served later than they requested it to be served.
