Rooms at Halland Forge are clean and bright with a modern look. Each room is individually decorated with some featuring a more toned down look and others, a more fun and vibrant one. Rooms offer more than enough space to comfortably get around and family rooms are also available for larger parties.

The Halland Forge bar thoroughly compliments the overall, Tudor-esque look of the hotel and features a range of interesting local ales as well as an extensive wine collection. The bar lounge is cosy and inviting with its own real wood-burning fireplace and expensive-looking leather sofas, offering the perfect spot for relaxing.

Staff are warm and friendly and provide a satisfying level of personal service. Staff members also respond well to requests and will assist in all issues or queries. Bar staff are particularly helpful and offer some very interesting stories regarding local history and the ales on tap.

The hotel does provide Wi-Fi connectivity in all guest rooms as well as throughout the hotel itself. However, it should be noted that this is not a free service and it is a good idea to enquire as to additional charges that may be applicable.

Room walls are quite thin and not well-insulated against outside noises. It is possible to hear conversations and activities in neighbouring rooms and the pub itself sometimes adds some noise on busy nights. Booking rooms at the far end of the hotel may help to alleviate this issue.

The hotel serves full English breakfast as well as other breakfast options, however none of these are included in the room rate.
