The hotel provides guests with free coffee and packaged pastries or cereal every morning, and guests reported that there were several decent dining options nearby.

Some guests reported that they did not think the sheets were freshly cleaned in between guests, since they had hair on them and smelled like they had already been used. A few guests also found dead as well as live bugs in the rooms, and they also noted that the carpets could use some additional cleaning.

A few guests pointed out that they were assigned to smoking rooms despite having requested non-smoking ones. According to guests, some rooms could use some maintenance as they noticed toilet seats being lose and the air-conditioning and heating units being quite loud.
