The Outdoor Ambiance Is Lovely
The individual cabins are set in lovely surroundings. It's great sitting outside and relaxing. The fire pit is a treat during the evening. The beautiful flowers and well kept landscape makes the accommodations even more refreshing and enjoyable.

Cabins Are Neatly Decked Out
The cabins will have everything you need including good temperature control. You have everything to make yourself comfortable like air conditioning and heating, a fridge and microwave and ice in the main building if you need it. It's basically a homey log cabin with modern facilities.
positive:
Location Can Be Useful
The location is workable. You are near a general store, a few restaurants, and the drive to Bryce Canyon is quick. You can easily find the accommodations right off of Rt 12 too.

Do As I Say, Or Else!
You may feel like you're in boot camp with all the postings saying “don't do this” and “don't do that.” There are rules for using towels, demands regarding check-out, and other things. It's either “do as I say, or else!” You may also find the linens a bit old and the staff somewhat cold and insensitive.
negative:
Too Close To The Road
The cabin layout is near a road with a lot of traffic. There's no barrier separating the cabin area from the road and it appears unsafe for children. Moreover, there are a number of tacky trailers hooked-up in back of the property.

There Are Still Some Things Missing
No breakfast is provided and no toiletries are provided either. The Wi-Fi is iffy but gets stronger near the main office. If your accommodations are in a dual cabin sharing a wall with other visitors, get ready to hear every work spoken and the toilet flushing.
