From the location to the fitness and leisure facilities, free breakfast and private hot tubs, guests are very happy with what they get for their money at this hotel, saying it far exceeded their expectations.

For holidaymakers, this is the perfect location. Just a few minutes from the beach, and close to shopping, restaurants, and in an area that guests describe as very pleasant.

Most guests described the hotel as clean and comfortable, but a very small number of guests say they experienced rundown or broken items such as ice machines, lights, hot tubs and mattresses.

A few guests who had other minor issues at the hotel said these were exacerbated by some isolated instances of rudeness or disinterest from certain members of staff, which gave them a negative impression of the hotel during their stay.

By far the majority of guests had a peaceful stay and a good night's sleep at the hotel, but a few guests said they had trouble with noise in various forms, including children being loud in nearby rooms and public areas, repair work being carried out on the hotel, doors slamming, windows which let in traffic noise from outside, thin wall which meant conversation carried through from other rooms, and air-conditioning which turned on and off frequently throughout the night.
