Hotel Best Western Plus Strawberry Inn & Suites (Knoxville, USA)

Best Western Strawberry Inn and Suites is conveniently located along Interstate 40 and easily accessible from the road which makes it perfect for a stopover. There are many restaurants, shopping areas and gas stations located nearby.

The hotel provides comfortable accommodation with good service and clean rooms. The facilities provided at the price are really good with on-site indoor pool, hot tub and fitness centre. Clean rooms, amazing breakfast buffet, polite staff and conveniences like tea/coffee, refrigerator and microwave in the room make it a decent stay.

Most of the guests rate the best part about the hotel experience to be the friendly, helpful staff at Best Western Strawberry Inn and Suites. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helped the guest with smallest things like handing over print outs of MapQuest to guests for their personal visit.

Some guests felt that the hotel's rooms need to be updated as there were some minor issues like peeling wallpaper in the rooms, stained ceilings, rickety luggage cart, old carpets and greasy bathroom floor.

A few guests complained that the beds are fine but mattresses are a little hard, bed linens & comforters needs to be replaced along with firmer pillows. They may be upgraded to suit the guests comfort.

Many guests were unhappy with the unpleasant cigarette smoke smell that was there even in the non-smoking room. The hotel needs a good cleaning as the cigarette smell is just not acceptable to non-smokers.
